Shipping & Returns – Patch & Score
1. Where we ship
We ship throughout the European Union with DHL. All prices on the website include 21% VAT, so the price you see is the price you pay.
2. Dispatch and delivery time
1. Orders placed before 16:00 CET on a working day are dispatched the same day.
2. Delivery normally takes 1–2 working days within the Netherlands and 2–5 working days elsewhere in the EU.
3. The estimated delivery time is shown during checkout.
4. Every order is sent with track & trace, so you can follow it from our workshop to your door.
5. Patch & Score is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.
3. Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and are always shown at checkout before you pay. As a guide:
– Netherlands: €4.20
– Belgium: €11.90
– Germany, France, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain: €12.15
– Denmark, Austria, Poland, Portugal: €14.65
– Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia: €19.70
– Bulgaria: €30.30
– Malta: €36.00
4. Right of withdrawal / returns
1. You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt without giving a reason.
2. The product must be unused and undamaged and, where possible, returned in its original packaging.
3. The cost of return shipping is borne by the customer.
4. Personalised or made-to-order products, such as name sets printed with a specific name and number, are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
5. Once we have received your return in good order, we refund the purchase amount within 14 days using the same payment method.
5. How to return an item
1. Send an email to patchandscore@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
2. We confirm the return address and answer any questions within one working day.
3. Pack the item safely and send it with a tracked service, so the parcel can be traced.
6. Warranty and conformity
1. Patch & Score warrants that the products comply with the agreement, with the specifications stated in the offer and with reasonable requirements of soundness.
2. As a consumer in the EU you have a statutory legal guarantee of conformity of at least two years.
