Orders are processed quickly. Get in touch through customer service within 2 hours of ordering — after that the order is already in production and we can no longer change it.

Yes, you automatically receive an invoice by email as soon as your payment is confirmed. Business customers receive an invoice with a VAT breakdown and our company registration details.

Patches and badges that are in stock are dispatched within 1 working day. Delivery within the EU typically takes 2–5 working days depending on the destination. Custom printing has a production time of 3–5 working days before it ships.

We currently ship throughout the European Union. All prices include 21% VAT. If your country is not offered at checkout, contact customer service and we will look into it for you.

As soon as your order ships you receive a track & trace code by email. That lets you follow the parcel in real time via DHL.

Our patches come with a high-quality heat-activated backing. Place the patch in position, cover it with a thin cotton cloth and press for 25 seconds on setting 3 (wool/cotton, ±150°C) without steam. Let it cool and check the bond. For polyester sports shirts we recommend a lower temperature (140°C) and 30 seconds.

Our patches suit all common football shirts (Nike, adidas, Puma, Castore, Macron, Jako and similar). On match shirts with a sponsor print we recommend placing the patch next to the print rather than over it. Not sure about your specific shirt? Email a photo to our customer service.

Yes, for most competitions we offer official lettering in our name sets category. Choose the competition and season, and add the name and number with your order. Production time: 3–5 working days.

Yes. Our patches and printing are machine washable at 30°C, inside out. Do not tumble dry and never iron directly on the patch. Cared for properly, the printing lasts at least as long as the shirt itself.

You can return standard patches and badges within 14 days of receipt, unused and in their original packaging. Custom printing (names, squad numbers, personalised patches) is excluded from return — unless there is a production fault. See also our returns policy.

Request a return through your account or email us. We reply within 1 working day with return instructions. Return shipping costs are for your own account.

Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the amount within 14 days using the same payment method you paid with.

Yes. All our competition patches (Eredivisie, Premier League, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, Europa League and so on) are officially licensed through Avery Dennison and Sporting ID — the same suppliers the professional clubs and federations use. No replicas.

We give a 6-month warranty on the patch bonding — provided it was applied according to our instructions. If the patch comes loose within that period, send a photo through customer service and you get a replacement free of charge.

We sell licensed originals only, through official supplier channels. Cheap alternatives are almost always replicas — they come loose, the colours are off, and they risk being seized in international shipping.
