What makes a product player issue?
The official suppliers of the major competitions — Avery Dennison, Sporting ID, Stahls TPT, ID Unlimited — produce the printing that is applied to the match shirts. That same production is what we sell. The difference from a replica print is in details you only notice side by side: the thickness of the material, the exact letterform, the relief on a badge and the way the edges are finished. A replica gets close, but it does not get there.
Why collectors care
A shirt with the wrong printing is indistinguishable to the average onlooker, but not within the collecting world. Anyone recreating a shirt from a specific season wants every part to be right: the correct name set for that competition, the matching badges on the sleeves, and where applicable a winners' or title marker. That is also why we stock separate items per competition and per season rather than one universal set.
Applying
Practically everything in this category is applied with a professional heat press. The exact temperature, pressing time and peeling method vary by supplier, so they are listed separately with each product — do not copy them from another item. A household iron is not an alternative: it does not reach the temperature and does not deliver even pressure, so the adhesive layer lets go after a few washes. Do not wash a printed shirt for the first 48 hours, then wash at a maximum of 40 degrees and never tumble dry.
